We're aware of a Slack performance issue which may impact Notion automations that send Slack messages. Users might encounter failed Slack message deliveries from automations or automations not completing properly.

The Slack performance issue has now been resolved. However, during the incident, some Slack messages from Notion automation actions may not have been delivered. New Slack messages should now be working as expected.
